Oh Land alias Nanna Øland Fabricius (born 1985) is a Danish singer and musician, occupied in the genres pop and electronic.
Oland is the daughter of an opera singer and an organist. She moved to Stockholm on her own at the age of 16 in order to attend the Royal Swedish Ballet School, but had to abandon ballet after a serious back injury.
Her debut album “Fauna” was released in November 2008. “Audition Day” was her first single. The album was produced in collaboration with a number of Danish electronic producers, such as Thomas Knak, Peder, Ormen and Kasper Bjørke. Most songs were produced and composed by Oland herself. [wikipedia]
Found her at Black*Eiffel blogs, first i hear the voice at youtube i directly remember kind of the bird and the bee, but she's actually different and the clip was also great and artistic. Every single clip has it own character. Aaaand her name is also nana :) . Enjoy :
